Eidos-Montréal recently revealed the sequel of the Deus Ex franchise with a new announce trailer. Deus Ex: Mankind Divided will be available soon on PlayStation 4.
Mankind Divided is a cyberpunk-themed action video game which combines different elements of first-person shooter, role-playing and stealth games. The game story takes place in the future (more precisely in 2029), two years after the terrible events of Human Revolution and the notorious ‘Aug Incident’ that occurred in Panchaea.
These frightful events have stopped further human augmentation and caused people to be divided (just like the game title says) and deemed as outcasts. As you will see, the game content is very strange.
However, mankind has a right person who will take revenge! If you’ve played Deus Ex: Human Revolution before, you probably remember Adam Jensen. In Mankind Divided, this guy will return again, but now as a counter-terrorism agent and the main game character.
Equipped with new improved augmentations, he will travel to different hazardous locations around the world to liquidate various secret organizations which want to control the fate of all mankind. Who will win in this ruthless battle depends on your gaming skills.
