The new Hitman is now out with gamers on PlayStation 4 living their contract-killing adventures as Agent 47 once more. The first episode of Hitman is now available for download and Io Interactive has also thrown in some PlayStation 4 exclusive content in the form of the first contract from the Sarajevo Six, The Director.
The PS4 exclusive contract is also already available for download alongside the first episode and is the first part of a six-part self-contained side-story. The Sarajevo six’s storyline revolves around six former members of a paramilitary unit called CICADA, check out the video above for more details.
The new Hitman season will be an ongoing hub that will be kept fresh even in-between the release of new episodes. The first of this additional content released this week includes Escalation Contracts and the first ever Elusive Target for Hitman.
While Escalation Contracts will require players to carry out a hit whose difficulty escalates across five stages, the Elusive Target challenge will only be made for a limited time. The two are however, a glimpse into Io Interactive hopes to keep Hitman fans entertained in-between the more major episode releases, which gives plaers something fresh to look forward to each week.
