The side-scrolling action and adventure platformer from Double Fine Productions and Adult Swim Games, Headlander, is coming to PlayStation 4 on 26th July 2016. The game is being described as the Ultimate Head Trip by its developers and judging from the trailer above, it’s not hard to see why.
Headlander Lands on PS4 July 26
Headlander begins with players finding themselves on an abandoned spaceship as the last organic life left in the universe. Players are just a head in a helmet with a rocket booster attached.Not only that, but a Robot leader called Methuselah has decimated the human population. Now he wants to finish the job off by eliminating you.
Consequently, players have to first select 3 separate heads for their character. The next step is embarking on the quest to find out what has happened. Finding more about yourself and solving the mysteries that have led to you being the last human alive. Understandably these are the issues that form a large part of the Headlander storyline.
Headlander is coming out in late July 2016.
