Guerrilla Games has released 4 new trailers detailing some of the fearsome machines of Horizon Zero Dawn. The video series profiles Snapmaw, Stormbird, Thunderjaw and Behemoth in detail. In the upcoming action role-playing game players will take on the role of primitive tribespeople that have to hunt the strange machines currently ruling earth.
The vignettes below explore four of the game’s most fearsome machines in depth, watch all 4 videos below:
Behemoth
Behemoth is a massive transport class machine that utilises anti-gravity forces to move goods from smaller machines into a container located in its stomach. It can use the same anti-gravity technology to throw objects when provoked, or simply charge the enemy. Behemoth is also fitted with grinding drills it uses to break down or propel rocks.
ThunderJaw
Thunderjaw is a combat class machine and one of the deadliest at that. This beast is equipped with a mouth laser, disc launchers, and cannons. Taking down Thunderjaw will take some doing as the machine can also unleash tail swipes or charges in devastating melee attacks.

Stormbird
Stormbird will be a fearsome enemy as this machine is just as good in the air as it is on the ground. Deadly effects include its massive metal wings that can harness electricity and create powerful wing blasts
Snapmaw
More often than not Snapmaw will be found near bodies of water where the machines gather valuable minerals. This acquisition clas machine can move surprisingly fast and has some lethal attacks to boot. Attacking options include tail swipes, bone breaking lunge bites, and a range of melee attacks.
Horizon Zero Dawn will be released on PS4 on 1 March 2017 and is available for pre-order here.
