The PlayStation 4 console is now one year old, and with its first Christmas under the belt its time to take a look at the PS4 exclusive goodies coming our way in 2015. These are the PlayStation 4 exclusive games that we are looking forward to this year here at PlayStation 4 Magazine. In no particular order!, – here are the games that make our top ten list:
1. Bloodborne (Friday 6th February 2015)
Bloodborne is the brand new title developed by From Software and Hidetaka Miyazaki, creators of the wildly acclaimed Demon’s Souls and Dark Souls games.
Bloodborne begins in the city of Yharnam, an ancient city deeply steeped in medicinal experimentation. The games’ story will take players beyond the walls of the city though, where players will get the chance to stock up on the transforming weapons they’ll need to conquer the even greater dangers to come.
The highly anticipated RPG PlayStation 4 exclusive title features a spine chilling backdrop, a unique blend of gothic horror, terrifying enemyies, fast-paced offensive combat, brutal transforming weapons, RPG progression and unique online features .
2. Tearaway Unfolded: (TBA)
The talented team at Game Developer’s Media Molecule, makers of runaway success PS3 title Tearaway, are currently hard at work on the game’s translation to the PlayStation 4 platform. The superior graphics and capabilities of the PS4 as well as the Dualshock 4 controller means players will be able to experience the game in greater depth, swiping the touch pad to unleash great gusts of wind for example, or throwing items and creatures from the TV into your controller.
Tearaway Unfolded will be a familiar story to fans of the original Tearaway game, but the new title will come with new ways to play, new places to explore, and a world that admittedly looks stunning on PS4!
3. Volume: (TBA)
Developed by Mike Bithel, the indie designer behind acclaimed title Thomas Was Alone, Volume is a stealth adventure game slated for release in 2015. With a distinctive arty theme, the game made waves at this years Gamescomm and its release is eagerly anticipated by the PS4 gaming community.
With a voice cast that includes movie director Andy Serkis of Lord of the Rings and Rise of the Planet of the Apes fame, game critic Jim Sterling,and YouTuber Charlie Mcdonnel, the stylish stealth adventure mixes a modern retelling of the story of Robin Hood and impressive gameplay mechanics.

4. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End: (TBA)
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End sees the return from retirement of Nathan Drake and this time round he’s rendered in glorius 1080p fidelity. The next installment in the story of Nathan Drake will explore what it means when the protagonists is faced with going back to living a thiefs life. Drake will end up going around the world in pursuit of a historical conspiracy behind a fabled pirate treasure.
This may turn out to be Nathan Drake’s biggest outing yet in a test that takes players to the limits of Drakes physical abilities, his resolve, and ultimately how much he is willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves.
5. The Order 1886 (20th February, 2015)
In The Order 1886, players will assume the role of Galahad in a game that will bring gunplay, close-combat melee features, and 19th century London as the backdrop to your journey. The Order will come up against the Lycans, a race that will prove to be one of the deadliest foes The Order has ever faced. With both the Lycans and a Rebellion threatening the city of London, The Order must face enemies on all fronts.
6. Hollowpoint (TBA)
Hollowpoint is a highly tactical, four player co-operative action game featuring a blend of fast paced 2D platform shooter gameplay, directional aiming with precision based 3D shooter gameplay, and pin point reticle aiming.
In the game players will aim to make theirs the most feared and respected Organisation there is. Your organisations will be made up of skilled Operatives who have different abilities, weapons, and equipment which they need to complete Missions. You can go it alone on these Missions, but in order to have a shot at success in the most dangerous and lucrative ones, you’ll need to team up with rival Organisations .
Built around a tight gameplay loop, Hollowpoint will have you playing to earn credits for purchasing and upgrading your equipment, weapons and Power-ups to progress.
7. No Mans Sky (TBA)
Coming from the talented team at Hello Games, No Man’s Sky is an eagerly anticipated epic sci-fi title in development for PS4 featuring limitless worlds. No Man’s Sky is a science-fiction game that is ambitiously set in a vast universe of real planets and stars with their very own solar systems; – all waiting for players to explore, discover and adventure in.
The universes available to explore in No Man’s Sky are both limitlessand infinite! To see the scale and size of the world gamers will face, check out the gameplay trailer below:
8. The Tomorrow Children (TBA)
The Tommorow Children is set in a re-imagined future Soviet world and is brought to you by Dylan Cuthbert and his Q-Games studio in Kyoto. The developer is known for the critically acclaimed PixelJunk series.
In the game, the effects of an experiment in 1960s Russia that attempted to ‘sublime’ the human race, or meld all human minds into one global consciousness has gone awray and decimated the planet. Players will become a ‘projection clone’ created by the last surviving humans 90 years later and tasked with exploring ‘The Void’ in order to restore the human race to its former glory.
The only chance of survival for the human race is through cooperating and using mined resources the community will make buildings andthings such as gun turrets, light fixtures, cars and tanks that everyone can use together to grow the town and defeat the evil Izverg.
9. Until Dawn (TBA)
Until Dawn lets gamers play the parts of all eight friends as they gather at a remote mountain getaway for a night of unexpected terror.Whichever way you choose to play the game will take you on a rollercoaster of emotions and fear as you try to unravel the terrifying mysteries of Blackwood Pine.
Initially planned for PS Move and PlayStation 3, developer Supermassive Games has re-designed, re-built and re-written the game to create a more darker and more terrifying experience on PS4 to take advantage of the new-gen consoles capabilities.
in Until Dawn, when you’re dead, you’re dead. Your character will be lost forever and the story adapts and continues without them, so you’ll have to be on your guard and make your choices carefully . . .
10. The Vanishing of Ethan Carter (TBA)
The Vanishing of Ethan Carter is a story-driven mystery game that does away with any combat or violence of any kind and instead focuses entirely on exploration and discovery. The game is currently in development as a PS4 exclusive title by The Astronauts, an eight-person team that is responsible for Bulletstorm and Gears of War: Judgment.
Players will take on the role of Paul Prospero, an occult-minded detective who receives a disturbing letter from Ethan Carter. In trying to protect the young boy from danger, Paul will face something worse than he could have imagined. At Ethan’s home of Red Creek Valley, Ethan has vanished in the wake of a brutal murder,and Paul will have to use all his investigative skills to find out the truth behind what has happened.
