Bandai Namco Entertainment’s role playing game that Japanese gamers are raving about will now officially be available in the West very soon. Yes. Tales of Berseria has been confirmed as coming to a PS4 near you soon. The critically acclaimed RPG will be available for the PlayStation 4 across America on January 24, 2017 and January 27, 2017 in Europe.
Tales of Berseria Heads West
For the uninitiated, for the PlayStation 4 is a Japanese role-playing PS3 and PS4 game made by Bandai Namco. The upcoming title will be the sixteenth edition of the Tales franchise.
The protagonist of the game is Velvet, a young woman with a past of three years prior to the events shown in the game that changed her behaviour entirely. The celebrated team that developed the ‘Tales Of’ series, has also worked on the Tales of Berseria game. The team’s veteran designer Mutsumi Inomata creating and designing the character of Velvet.
The game will feature a new battle system which is said to be the evolved form of the Linear Motion Battle System. Besides this, the game will have six different characters, each having its own characteristics and skills, and you can choose any of them to play with. Therefore, while the storyline of the game is quite emotional and captivating, the game’s animation is also truly remarkable.
Tales of Berseria Collector’s Edition
For the Americas, the game will also come as a Collector’s Edition. While being priced at $149.99, the game will come with following items-

The Collector’s Edition is already up for pre-orders and a total of 10000 copies will be made available, so you may need to hurry if you wish to get one. On the other hand, no such official announcement has been made by the company for the Europe launch. We will provide with the updates regarding this as and when they are made available. For now, we can’t wait until January 2017 to get our hands on this exciting game.
