Risk of Rain was once popular for PC users only, but only three years later, the developers of Hopoo Games and Code Mystics made a unique partnership just to get that amazing game to the PlayStation platform, and we’re delighted to announce that this platformer game is coming soon to PlayStation 4 and PS Vita!
With the new game come new features just for PS4 users, one of which is the game’s own online system, meaning that you’ll get exclusive access to Risk of Rain’s multiplayer mode. With the help of PlayStation Network, the developers established automatic matchmaking, which gives you the ability to get placed in a group with three other players from all over the globe – with no more than a push of a button! It’s all about having fun!
If you have a PS Vita console as well as your PlayStation 4, fear not, because Risk of Rain is yet another amazing video game that comes with the cross-platform feature built-in. The developers clearly noticed how often users and gamers prefer this feature, as it is always a good thing to play any game (especially this one), no matter where you (the user) are. Just imagine how cool it would be to play Risk of Rain on the bus with your friend, who’s sitting at home on their PlayStation 4. You two can now play it together!
