Ever felt like taking a screenshot of your best moves while playing The Order: 1886? Now you can, with the new Photo Mode recently anounced by Ready At Dawn. What the feature allows you (the player) to do is open up a menu containing specific picture-related controls, save the ones you loved the most to your local storage or even upload them on the Internet.
Enabling Photo Mode is simple: on your PS4 controller, hit the Option button to get to the Pause menu, and from there, set Photo Mode to On. While in the game, tap the touchpad to enter or exit it. Photo Mode gives you a lot of options; from changing the point of view to making the picture black and white. Since this game is being rendered in real time, you get to play in a look you’ve always been dreaming of with the Lock Grading option.
Some of the most basic functions are the Camera controls which get the best angle of the action. The L1 and R1 buttons switch through different options, while L2 and R2 slow down/speed up the movement of the camera.
Colour Grading is possibly the best option you can find because it gives you a bunch of effects that can only make your picture look better. There’s also an option that hides characters if you tend to focus only on the environment by hiding friends, foes or both.
The Lock Colour Grading option mentioned above enables you to keep the preset picture effects on as you play the game. Once done with the effects, press the Triangle button to hide the UI board and hit the Share button to save/share your taken screenshots.
Hopefully, you’ll enjoy using this fun new addition to the game. Have fun and share your best moments!
Let’s move on to Destiny, a multi-player first person shooter published by Activision. With a shared-world type of environment, Destiny has received quite a bit of positive comments.
The fact that the game was criticised mostly because of its storyline doesn’t make it bad at all. It’s been over a half of a year since Destiny’s release, and judging by the announcements from the guys at Bungie, another adventure and another chapter are going to get released pretty soon.
The Reef will open to all the Guardians out there, and players will soon join the Queen’s allies in order to hunt down the Fallen from the House of Wolves. Although there’s an entire month left before this chapter gets released, there will be new activities, modes and gear you’ll get access to.
As the creators have a challenge to keep their Destiny players from leaving the game forever, the House of Wolves expansion simply has to offer a lot more than just one event that is rotating a lot like the Iron Banner. Hopefully, May will come soon enough for both the developers and the players, hoping for the best in this non traditional MMO game.
Let the hunt begin!
