GT Sport is set to get an update that will bring brand new features and content to the popular racing sim. In addition, Polyphony Digital’s car racing game for PS4 will be getting 15 new cars in patch 1.06. Now that the game has been out for a few weeks, the developer is now working to enhance its players experience. GT Sport’s patch 1.06 arrives on 27 November. And from then on Polyphony promises a rollout of regular content updates.
Patch 1.06. Brings New Gran Turismo Sport Content
Since its launch earlier this month, the game has already seen gamers clock over 26 million hours of gameplay! And with so much enthusiasm for the racing car game, more exciting new features are now being added. And with the game also available in crisp resolution on PS VR, the 27th can’t come soon enough!
Kicking off the dozens of freebies will be three new cars. Iconic models in the Audi R18, ISO Rivolta Zagato VGT, and the Shelby Cobra 427 will become the first three cars to arrive. You can check out these 3 classics in the images below, courtesy of the PlayStation Blog:

In addition to the three beauties above players will also be getting the Livery Editor and scapes available offline. Also available to play offline when the patch drops will be campaign modes. While the above can be played offline, you’ll still need an internet connection to save your work.
GT League and More New Cars
Also coming on the same day as Patch 1.06. will be a completely new single-player mode. Entitled ‘GT League’ the brand new mode features several competitions in all types of racing. Levels in the mode range from beginner to Pro and will test your skill to the limit. But that’s not all, as more free cars will be making their way onto GT Sport soon. In total, Polyphony promises to have over 50 new arrive by march of 2018.

Following on from announcing three times Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton as in-game adviser for Gran Turismo Sport players, all this new content will be welcomed by Gran Turismo Sport fans.
