Broken Window Studios, the team behind Grave, the open world horror game, have confirmed the title for release on PlayStation 4 sometime in 2015. Featuring a mix of both classic and modern horror themes, the surreal horror game is a fusion of new, modern ideas in the genre and classical elements from renowned horror tiltes such as Silent Hill and Resident Evil.
Players start their journey after having been killed in an attack at home, with the only way of progressing being to hunt your killer and get him before the strange inhabitants that roam the Wasteland and pose a threat to your existence do. You will have to keep the Strange, Fantastical creatures away by arming yourself and ensuring you are well protected at night.
With influences of early wild west landscapes of the United States, the games’ story line takes you on a surreal journey around an open world featuring locations that come in and out of being, danger in the dark shadows of the night, as well as reality and unreality.
Slated to launch on PlayStation 4 in 2015, Grave is a result of a Successful KickStarter project that enabled the game to go into development. We’ll keep you updated right here but in the mean time let us know what your thoughts are on Grave in the comments section below.
